Discover & plan

Goals, constraints, integrations, and success metrics—documented before build.

We start by aligning on outcomes, not features. Workshops and interviews surface stakeholders, compliance needs, and existing systems. We produce a lightweight specification or backlog: user journeys, non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability), integration points, and a phased delivery plan with explicit assumptions and risks.

Typical deliverables

  • Statement of scope and prioritized backlog or milestone plan
  • Architecture sketch and technology options with trade-offs
  • Success metrics and acceptance themes for each phase
  • Communication rhythm (demos, reports, tooling access)
2

Build & validate

Iterative delivery with demos, QA, and stakeholder feedback at each stage.

Development runs in short cycles with visible increments. You see working software early, which reduces surprise late in the schedule. We combine automated tests, manual exploratory QA, and—where useful—performance or security checks appropriate to the risk profile.

Typical deliverables

  • Regular demo recordings or live walkthroughs
  • Test plans tied to acceptance criteria
  • Deployment artifacts and environment parity notes
  • Change logs and migration steps for data or cutover
3

Launch & operate

Go-live support, monitoring, and optional ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Go-live is a planned event: communication plans, rollback paths, and on-call coverage. After launch we monitor stability, gather user feedback, and prioritize fixes versus enhancements. Many clients retain us for small continuous improvements or periodic hardening and dependency updates.

Typical deliverables

  • Launch checklist and rollback procedure
  • Hypercare window with agreed response expectations
  • Knowledge transfer: runbooks, access, and escalation paths
  • Optional retainer for maintenance, SLAs, and roadmap work
